1) JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The contract of sale between the Customer and the Ticino Trade is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For the solution of civil and penal controversies deriving from the conclusion of this distance sale contract, is adopted as expected by the D. Lgs. 206/05 and Legislative Decree. 21 of the 21/02/14, according to which the competence is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.

2) THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 47, 48 and 64 of the D. Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and amendments to the D. Lgs. 21 of the 21/02/4. The legislation provides the right to withdraw from the contract, guaranteeing the consumer the right to return the product purchased and to obtain reimbursement of the article, within 14 working days from receipt of the product.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer if the product is within these cases, i.e.:

  • in the absence of integral elements of the product.
  • for damage to the product caused by the Customer.

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (individuals who purchase goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, trade or business), therefore it can not be exercised by legal persons and physical persons who act for scopes of a professional activity.


MODE OF REFUND IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL:

To return the material as a result of the exercise of the right of withdrawal the Customer has the time fourteen (14) working days from the delivery of the product, sending the goods at:

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a notice by registered a/R at the above address. The costs and risks linked to the return of goods are the responsibility of the sender.

Refunds will be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the goods prior to communication IBAN of the Customer. The refund includes the purchase price of the products ordered with the exception of the costs of delivery and costs for returning the product that remain the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account.

In the event the customer refuses a package on delivery, or do not withdraw after 5 days of storage at the territorial centre of the carrier of the shipment, the package will be returned to the sender, unless special arrangements prevenentivati, and the customer will be charged all the shipping costs and the costs of storage in addition to the costs of the debt collection company.

3) INVOICE

4) WARRANTY

LTutti the goods sold by Ticino Trade benefit from the official warranty of the manufacturer, distributor, or importer.

The products ' warranties do not cover:

  • L"abnormal use or non-conforming products.
  • The failures due to the intervention of a repairer not authorized.
  • Failures due to external causes (for example : accidents, lightning, power surges, drops, etc)
  • If the user signals a defect, the product must be returned at the expense of the user in order to check in the office or to the distributor or manufacturer. If the defect will be confirmed to you will give after replacement or credit, otherwise the product will be available to you for withdrawal or it will be shipped at the expense of the user.

In any case, the warranty of the products is not less than 24 months from the date of purchase according to the D. lgs. 206/05 art. from 128 to 135.
